With 2-6 years of experience in a digital marketing agency, you have the skills and expertise to acquire new clients, manage sales pipelines, and build long-term relationships with clients. You are confident in leading client calls and meetings, identifying business pain points, and tailoring pitches to meet their needs.

As part of our team, you will work closely with our leadership and delivery teams to ensure smooth handovers of new projects and provide feedback to improve our offerings and pitches. If you are passionate about growing with us and not just working for us, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Acquisition & Sales: Take ownership of acquiring new clients using various outreach channels, manage the full sales cycle, and build a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Client Communication & Relationship Building: Confidently lead client calls and meetings, identify business pain points, and build long-term trust.
  • Collaboration & Strategy: Work closely with our leadership and delivery teams to ensure smooth handovers of new projects and provide feedback to improve our offerings and pitches.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 2-6 years in a digital marketing agency in business development/client acquisition.
  • Track Record: Proven success in closing high-ticket projects (websites, SEO, content, performance and digital marketing).
  • Outreach Skills: Familiar with multiple outreach channels (cold email, WhatsApp, calls, etc.).
  • Communication: Strong presentation, negotiation, and client-facing skills.
  • Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Business, or related field (tech knowledge is a plus).
  • International Experience: Worked with international clients (UAE, Asia, US)
