Job Overview:

As a key member of our Insurance Risk Team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of our lending and insurance products. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design, launch, and scale of new lending & insurance products to drive business growth.
  • Monitor portfolio performance, risk management, and claims processes to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with technology, risk, and operations teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • An MBA/CA or equivalent qualification with 6-10 years' experience in lending/insurance/fintech/banking.
  • A strong understanding of retail lending and insurance distribution, including market trends and regulatory requirements.
  • Proven track record of scaling financial products and managing P&L.
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
  • Exposure to digital-first/fintech environments is preferred but not essential.
