Product Strategist

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Product Strategist to own the end-to-end product lifecycle. This includes discovery, planning, development, launch, and optimization.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to define the product vision, roadmap, and goals aligned with our business strategy.

A key responsibility will be creating and managing product backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

You will work closely with engineering and design teams to deliver quality features on time.

Prioritization of product features using frameworks like MoSCoW, Kano, or RICE is also essential.

In this role, you will conduct market research, competitor analysis, and gather user feedback to identify opportunities.

As the voice of the customer, you will ensure that the user experience is seamless and valuable.

Facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives (in Agile environments) will also be required.

You will track KPIs and use data-driven insights to iterate and improve the product.

Finally, coordinating product launches, go-to-market strategies, and post-launch support is crucial for success in this position.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner.
  • Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management tools.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Desirable Qualifications:
  • Domain expertise in SaaS, FinTech, E-commerce, HealthTech, or a similar domain.
  • Experience with wireframing tools and/or prototyping.
  • Familiarity with data analytics tools.
  • Certifications like Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or PMI-ACP.
