Job Title: Product Design Strategist

We are seeking a skilled Product Design Strategist to lead the development of customer-centric product designs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating user-friendly and engaging products that meet the needs of our customers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles and be able to apply them to complex problems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop design solutions that meet those needs.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and execute customer experience strategies for online applications and websites.
  • Lead complex initiatives including those that provide product usability, evaluation, and support to product development teams.
  • Analyze complex industry leading user interface design solutions and evaluate their effectiveness.
  • Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
  • Serve as a design advocate and forecast industry trends that impact product design.
  • Build and enhance working relationships within the information and interface design function and community outside of the company.
  • Provide product usability, evaluation, and support to product development teams.
  • Lead customer experience strategy for platforms and products.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in Online and Digital Product Design, Information Sciences, Graphic, and Visual Arts.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience in finance domain preferred.
  • Ability to work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and fulfill design needs.
