About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Product Design Strategist to lead our packaging design efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing innovative, cost-effective, and sustainable packaging solutions that meet our brand's high standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective packaging strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling product designs that exceed customer expectations.
• Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Design and develop prototypes, testing them for functionality and aesthetic appeal.
• Work closely with suppliers to ensure seamless production and delivery of packaging materials.
• Analyze and optimize packaging processes to reduce costs and environmental impact.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Packaging, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in packaging design and development, preferably in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of delivering innovative packaging solutions that drive business results.
• Excellent communication and project management skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of design principles, material science, and manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., ArtiosCAD, Esko) and Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Illustrator, InDesign).
