Job Description:

A Product Strategist plays a pivotal role in driving business growth through innovative product offerings. As a core leader, you will guide successful launches and exceed customer expectations.

You will be an integral part of the team that innovates new product solutions and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a voice of the customer, you will develop profitable products that provide customer value.

You will utilize your understanding to guide the launch of products, gather feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, investigate stakeholder needs, propose solutions, and build products.

You will focus on understanding competitive forces, internal and external client requirements, examining needs in alignment with the broader firmwide product strategy and vision, and executing on the roadmap to deliver cutting-edge products in the marketplace.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sets product strategy and metrics for products in alignment with strategic priorities
  • Drives product development with engineers and designers
  • Ensures cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders and internal partners on product design, requirements, and delivery
  • Integrates usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction
  • Examines and analyzes metrics that inform the success of products and reports them to leadership
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in product management or a relevant domain area
  • Extensive experience with investments-related products
  • Experience working collaboratively with engineering, design, and user research teams
  • Experience working with integrated systems and platform data dependencies
  • Subject matter expertise in Custodial integration and financial advisory platforms
  • Experience in an Agile framework SDLC
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
