Job Title: Data Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for delivering leadership assessments and 360 surveys to clients on internal and external platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gathering project requirements, assessment/simulation setup, reporting setup, and delivery, including designing scoring and generating results.
  • Collating scores from different tools to maintain a database.
  • Analyzing scores to generate industry benchmarks and norms for various markets.
  • Creating dashboards using MS Power Apps/Tableau/PowerBI.
  • Effective communication skills (structured and clear) with good team player qualities and collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Identifying innovative ways to improve current methods of execution, operating independently with strong domain knowledge.

A background in operations and project management is required. The successful candidate must also have strong stakeholder management skills, adhere to strict timelines, ensure quality deliverables, and perform multitasking.

Required Skills and Knowledge:

  • Advanced analytical skills to create insights from data.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, where they should be familiar with text functions, math functions, statistical functions, information functions, multiple lookups, pivot tables, and creating charts.
  • Presentation tools such as PowerPoint, where they should know features like slide orientation, transition and timing, PDF conversion, backgrounds, and layouts.
  • MS Word, where they should be able to format tables, add cover pages, adjust margins, convert text to tables, and back.
  • Knowledge of statistic functions like mean, median, mode, correlation, variance, standard deviation, and regression.
  • Preferred knowledge of Tableau for data presentation.

The ideal candidate should possess business communication skills, fluency in English, flexibility, initiative-taking attitude, accountability, collaborative approach, self-motivation, and a go-getter attitude. They should also be able to adapt to changing environments and possess basic knowledge of visualization tools like Tableau and R/Python.

This role requires close working relationships with small to large project teams and extensive interaction with internal and/or external clients.
