About the Job:

As a visionary leader, you will be responsible for driving growth and scalability in our e-commerce category. You will define and execute business strategies, own revenue and profitability, and collaborate closely with leadership to achieve long-term category success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy & P&L Leadership: Develop and implement business plans that align with brand vision; drive market-leading selection of products and deliver an engaging user journey.
  • Assortment Strategy: Lead category programming on the app and website to optimize processes and ensure on-time execution.
  • Team Leadership: Build, lead, and mentor high-performing teams across functions; inspire a culture of ownership and excellence.
  • Stakeholder Partnership: Serve as a strategic advisor to leadership; work closely with cross-functional partners including marketing, product, and operations.

Requirements:

  • 9–13 years of experience in e-commerce, retail, or consumer internet businesses, with strong exposure to category management or P&L ownership.
  • Proven track record of driving growth and profitability in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience building and leading large teams; strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capability.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities; entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and ownership.
