It offers end-to-end production, post-production and innovative content for the virtual world & web 3.0, empowering brands with creative content that aligns with their current and future communication goals.

We are seeking a senior leader to own and drive revenue growth across digital services and tech solutions. This role requires driving new business pipelines, prospecting and qualifying clients, pitching and closing deals with mid to large enterprise clients.

The ideal candidate will lead a small but sharp team of sales executives, mentor and develop skills, monitor market trends and competitor activity, and feed insights into our growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive end-to-end revenue generation across digital services (creative, media, marketing) and tech solutions (web, app, ODC models).
  • Own the new business pipeline: prospecting, qualifying, pitching and closing deals with mid to large enterprise clients.
  • Act as the face of the organization in client pitches - lead presentations, build narratives and co-create solutions with strategy, creative and tech leads.
  • Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities within existing accounts while opening doors with new clients in BFSI, auto, consumer electronics, retail and FMCG.
  • Lead and mentor a sales team to ensure smart hunting, consistent follow-ups and target alignment.
  • Work closely with business heads to shape revenue forecasts, go-to-market strategies and productized service bundles.
  • Build and maintain senior-level relationships with client decision makers (CMOs, heads of digital, tech leaders).
