About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to drive the successful delivery of consulting engagements. The ideal candidate will work closely with client stakeholders and business users, as well as cross-functional delivery teams, to gather and document solution requirements.

  • The Senior Business Analyst will conduct one-on-one or small group interview sessions to gather required use cases, functional requirements, and technical requirements.
  • They will provide analytical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and documenting e-commerce system requirements and procedures that are cost-effective and meet business objectives and user needs.
  • Responsibilities include providing consultation to client stakeholders and business users in Omni-channel-specific business topics, developing user requirements, functional specifications, technical specifications, data models, and process flow diagrams.
  • The successful candidate will be accountable for completing assigned work within specified timeframes and communicating status if task delivery dates are at risk.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting one-on-one or small group interviews to gather required use cases, functional requirements, and technical requirements
  • Providing analytical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and documenting e-commerce system requirements and procedures
  • Developing user requirements, functional specifications, technical specifications, data models, and process flow diagrams
  • Communicating engagement scope to client and delivery team members

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience in general IT business analysis coming from E-Commerce domain
  • Experience implementing Hybris Commerce (2-3 years)
  • Concrete understanding of SAP Hybris Application Lifecycle Framework
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Able to multi-task and work under tight deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Excellent communication skills
