Senior E Commerce Business Analyst

Are you a skilled Business Analyst with experience in e commerce? Do you have a passion for understanding business requirements and delivering solutions that meet client needs?

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior E Commerce Business Analyst. As a key member of the project delivery team, you will be responsible for facilitating the successful delivery of consulting engagements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct one-on-one or small group interview sessions to gather required use cases, functional requirements, and technical requirements.
  • Provide analytical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and documenting e-commerce system requirements and procedures.
  • Develop user requirements, functional specifications, technical specifications, data models, and process flow diagrams.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Hands on experience in general IT business analysis coming from E-Commerce domain.
  • Concrete understanding of SAP Hybris Application Lifecycle Framework.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Ability to multi-task and work under tight deadlines.
  • Experience with global service delivery model.
