Senior Human Resources Business Partner for E-commerce Ventures

As a seasoned HR professional, we seek an experienced Senior Human Resources Business Partner to collaborate with forward-thinking e-commerce startups in the Anantapur region. This pivotal role will concentrate on establishing and executing HR strategies that drive organizational success, ensuring compliance, and spearheading talent acquisition, employee engagement, and fostering HR best practices within dynamic startup environments.

This part-time/consulting position is ideal for HR experts who wish to leverage their expertise across multiple organizations while empowering founders to focus on scaling their businesses.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in developing and implementing HR frameworks for fast-growing organizations, hands-on experience in talent acquisition, compliance, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement HR policies, processes, and systems aligned with startup growth objectives.
  • Drive end-to-end recruitment – from sourcing and shortlisting to onboarding.
  • Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives to foster a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Establish performance management systems including OKRs/KPIs and appraisal cycles.
  • Ensure HR compliance with labor laws and other statutory requirements.
  • Provide guidance to founders and leadership teams on organization design and talent strategy.

Requirements:

  • Postgraduate degree in HR or equivalent qualification.
  • 7–12 years' experience in HR, with significant exposure to startups or e-commerce.
  • Proven expertise in setting up HR frameworks for fast-growth organizations.

Work Schedule: Flexible, requiring up to 10 hours of commitment per week.
