Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) developer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have in-depth expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ development, configuration, and integration, with a focus on delivering secure and scalable IAM solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop IAM solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ.
  • Customize workflows, rules, and connectors to meet business requirements effectively.
  • Integrate SailPoint with various systems and applications for provisioning and access governance.
  • Perform role-based access control (RBAC), policy enforcement, and compliance reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver IAM solutions efficiently.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to identity lifecycle and access management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in SailPoint IIQ development and implementation is essential.
  • A strong understanding of IAM concepts, including provisioning, de-provisioning, access certification, and role management.
  • Experience with Java, BeanShell scripting, XML, and web services is necessary.
  • Familiarity with directory services (LDAP, AD), databases, and enterprise systems is required.
  • A good knowledge of security standards and compliance (e.g., SOX, GDPR) is necessary.
