Identity and Access Management Consultant

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Identity and Access Management (IAM) consultant to join our Cyber: Identity Team. As a key member of this team, you will play a critical role in building and nurturing positive working relationships with teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Configure IAM Solutions: You will be part of the development and configuration of IAM solutions to meet client requirements using advanced tools and technologies.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Collaborate with project stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring that all needs are met.
  • Design and Implement IAM Processes: Design and implement identity lifecycle management processes using Saviynt to ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Develop Custom Connectors: Develop custom connectors and integrations with third-party systems to enhance functionality and efficiency.
  • Provide Technical Guidance: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development within the team.
  • Participate in Project Activities: Participate in project planning, estimation, and risk management activities to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Assist in Documentation: Assist in the creation of technical documentation and training materials to support knowledge transfer and adoption.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience working in Identity-IGA Domain with minimum 2 years of experience in Saviynt Identity Platform.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of identity and access management principles, proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or PowerShell, and experience in working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and Saviynt certification(s) preferred.
