Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Okta specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Okta Identity Cloud and hands-on experience with architecture, implementation, integration, and support of Okta-based solutions in complex enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the technical design and configuration of Okta Identity Cloud features including SSO, MFA, Lifecycle Management, Universal Directory, and API access management.
  • Integrate Okta with various applications using SAML, OIDC, SCIM, and other protocols.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define access control strategies and identity workflows.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex authentication, authorization, and provisioning issues.
  • Develop documentation and stay up-to-date with industry trends and Okta product developments.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of overall experience in IAM with at least 3+ years of hands-on experience with Okta Identity Cloud.
  • Strong knowledge of SSO, MFA, OAuth2.0, OIDC, SAML, SCIM, and API security.
  • Experience with Okta Workflows, custom scripting, and identity automation.
  • Familiarity with integrating Okta with cloud services.
  • Understanding of security frameworks and compliance standards.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
