Job Title: Senior Identity Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Identity Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, development, integration, and support of SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions.

  • The Senior Identity Engineer will lead the design, development, and deployment of SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) solutions across the enterprise.
  • This role requires deep technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and experience implementing large-scale IAM programs.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design and Development: Lead the design, development, and deployment of SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) solutions across the enterprise.
  2. User Provisioning: Develop and configure connectors, workflows, rules, and policies for user provisioning, de-provisioning, access certification, and access request.
  3. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (security, infrastructure, business stakeholders) to define IAM requirements and translate them into IIQ solutions.
  4. Integration: Integrate SailPoint IIQ with enterprise applications (Active Directory, LDAP, Databases, SaaS applications, HR systems like Workday/Oracle HCM).
  5. Lifecycle Management: Implement Lifecycle Management (LCM), Access Certification Campaigns, Role-Based Access Controls (RBAC), Segregation of Duties (SoD).
  6. Troubleshooting: Optimize and troubleshoot IIQ configurations, workflows, and performance issues.
  7. Support and Maintenance: Support production deployments, upgrades, patches, and ongoing maintenance.
  8. Leadership and Mentoring: Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior IAM engineers.
  9. Compliance and Security: Ensure IAM processes align with security policies, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field.
  • 5–8+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM), with 3–5 years hands-on SailPoint IdentityIQ expertise.
  • Strong development experience in Java, BeanShell, XML, and web services (SOAP/REST APIs).
  • Experience in configuring and customizing SailPoint IIQ modules (Provisioning, Compliance Manager, Lifecycle Manager, Identity Warehouse).
  • Knowledge of IAM standards & protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, SCIM).
  • Experience integrating IIQ with enterprise systems (Active Directory, LDAP, Workday, SAP, ServiceNow, Oracle, cloud apps).
  • Strong understanding of RBAC, SoD, and Identity Governance principles.
  • Hands-on experience with Unix/Linux, Windows, Databases (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL).
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
