Job Title: Relationship Manager - GL South East

We are seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for canvassing and sourcing new customers, generating revenue through cross-selling products, and maintaining good relationships with clients.

Responsibilities include:
• Canvassing and sourcing new customers to increase gold loan business
• Revenue generations through cross-selling products
• Interest collection
• Gold loans appraisal
• Maintain good relationships with clients so that the business can maximize the value of those relationships

Requirements:
• 2-4 years of experience in Gold Loans
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office
• Knowledge of the vernacular language of the respective region is mandatory
