Job Title: Insurance Operations Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Insurance Operations Manager to lead our agency channel sales performance, develop strategies for increased motor insurance penetration, and build strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the recruitment, training, and development of agents to drive sales performance.
  • Design and execute plans to boost motor insurance sales through open market channels.
  • Foster client relationships to identify needs and provide tailored solutions for vehicle insurance products.
  • Identify new business opportunities in the direct market and create strategies to capitalize on them.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and enhance overall service quality.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1-6 years' experience in the general insurance industry, preferably in an agency setting.
  • A deep understanding of car insurance, health insurance, motor insurance, and other types of general insurance policies.
  • Exceptional communication skills for effective relationship-building with clients and colleagues.
  • The ability to work independently as well as part of a team towards achieving common goals.
