We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Logistics Coordinator to join our team. The role involves facilitating the flow of information between different stakeholders, including carriers, hubs, warehouses, and resolving any potential issues that impact customer experience and business continuity.

Purpose of a Logistics Coordinator

A Logistics Coordinator at our organization ensures timely resolution to the issue at hand by researching and querying internal tools and taking real-time decisions. They work across two verticals - inbound and outbound operations. Inbound Operations deals with vendor-carrier-relationship, ensuring that freight is picked up on time and delivered at fulfillment centers as per given appointments.

Outbound Operations deals with FC-carrier-carrier hub relationship, ensuring that trucks leave the fulfillment center to deliver customer orders as per promise. A Logistics Coordinator provides timely resolution to the issue at hand by analyzing data, noticing trends, and driving Customer Experience without compromising on time.

The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of logistics and be able to communicate clearly in both written and oral forms.
