New Product Launch Leadership Position

As the leader of new product launch management, you will oversee all aspects of product launches for various portfolio segments. This includes in-house developed, in-licensed, and co-developed products.
- Partner with regional leaders to ensure timely adherence to NPL milestones.
- Drive excellence in launch management to achieve successful execution.
- Collaborate with regional heads to deliver accurate data on NPL timelines and replenishment plans.
- Lead cross-functional planning, including resource allocation, material planning, financial assessments, and capacity planning.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, capable of driving new product launches globally and aligning cross-functional teams for success. The role requires a strong understanding of oncology/specialty products in Europe and emerging markets, as well as excellent communication skills and the ability to manage internal and external stakeholders effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide inputs for portfolio decisions, identifying dependencies and implications.
- Implement best practices in NPL management, using dashboards, templates, and tools for efficient planning and execution.
- Facilitate alignment and accountability within regional and corporate functions to meet company goals.
- Manage NPL calendars, optimize governance processes, and partner with senior management as needed.
- Ensure effective communication of launch status across the organization.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree or higher in a relevant discipline.
- Project management certification is a plus.
- 20+ years in planning, NPL, or a related role in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry.
