Job Title: Product Launch Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Launch Specialist to lead the introduction of new products into our market.

About the Role:

  • This is a key position in our organization, requiring a strong background in program management, cross-functional leadership, and product development.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for leading NPI projects from concept to launch, ensuring timely execution and adherence to quality metrics.
  • Key responsibilities include establishing clear program governance, stage-gate reviews, and risk management frameworks, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver on product specifications, regulatory standards, and customer requirements.
  • The Product Launch Specialist will also oversee prototyping, pilot builds, and validation testing, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of performance, reliability, and regulatory compliance.
  • In addition, this role will drive cost optimization through value engineering and supplier development, and ensure smooth handover to operations post-launch.
  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and refining NPI processes, tools, and best practices tailored for consumer appliance development.

Requirements:

  • MBA or equivalent degree in a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product launch, program management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading NPI projects from concept to launch.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
