Job Title: ServiceNow Practice Lead

We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow professional to lead our practice and drive growth in this rapidly evolving market.

  • A high degree of industry expertise is required, with a deep understanding of the industry trends, competition, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow ecosystem, including company and product roadmap, various products, platforms, and ServiceNow offerings, as well as market trends and competitor enterprise products.
  • Ability to manage global responsibility, handle multiple accounts, and possess P&L ownership experience.
  • Responsibilities include driving delivery, client implementation, and ensuring high Client Satisfaction Scores (CSS) and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT).
  • Building capability by creating thought leadership on product and process areas, developing new solutions, frameworks, and point of views.
  • Collaborating with sales teams to create proactive client propositions, deliver reactive client propositions, and support pre-sales activities and content creation.
  • Talent planning, acquisition, and deployment, employee experience, financial and operational effectiveness, and ability to work in a matrix organization.
