Job Title: Senior ServiceNow Developer

About the Role:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow applications, modules, and integrations.
  • They will also be responsible for providing expertise in the customization and configuration of ServiceNow, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
  • In addition, the successful candidate will lead and mentor junior developers, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment within the team.
  • Key Responsibilities Include:
    • Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions.
    • Designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow applications, modules, and integrations to meet organizational needs.
    • Providing expertise in the customization and configuration of ServiceNow, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
    • Leading and mentoring junior developers, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment within the team.
    • Staying current with industry's best practices and emerging trends in ServiceNow development, recommending and implementing improvements as necessary.
    • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
    • Participating in the planning and execution of ServiceNow upgrades and enhancements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with a minimum of 6+ years working on ServiceNow platform.
  • In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, design, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
  • Excellent scripting skills.
  • Strong expertise in the ServiceNow CSM implementation.
  • Strong expertise in ServiceNow development tools, including but not limited to Configuration Workspace, Workflow Editor, Form Designer, UI Builder, Service Portal and GenAI.
  • ServiceNow certification(s) such as Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS CSM) is highly desirable.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with keen attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
