Job Title: ServiceNow Tester

Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior/Lead ServiceNow QA/Tester with Business Analyst experience in a Workday HR environment for our healthcare client.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in testing ServiceNow, strong understanding of Workday HR, and specific experience with the employee-facing side of HR systems ensuring a positive and seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute test cases, including functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance tests.
  • End-to-end testing: Designing and running test cases for employee processes that cross multiple systems from Workday to ServiceNow and other enterprise applications.
  • Experience testing data exchange between ServiceNow and Workday via their respective APIs (REST and SOAP) often using ServiceNow's Integration Hub.
  • Workflow automation: Expertise in testing HR workflows that span both platforms such as automated onboarding, offboarding, and other employee life-cycle events initiated in Workday and executed in ServiceNow.
  • Performance testing: Evaluating the performance of the integrated systems under different loads particularly for real-time integrations.
  • Regression testing: Conducting thorough regression testing for every ServiceNow update or Workday patch to ensure integrations remain intact.
  • Maintain comprehensive test documentation including test plans, cases, and results.

Requirements:

  • Extensive ServiceNow Tester experience
  • Strong understanding of Workday HR
  • Colleague experience: Specific experience with the employee-facing side of HR systems ensuring a positive and seamless user experience
