Expert Procurement Strategist for SAP Ariba

We are currently seeking an experienced professional for the role of SAP Ariba Buying Consultant. This exciting opportunity will allow you to expand your skill set, achieve job satisfaction, and maintain a healthy work-life balance.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience with Ariba Buying solution
  • Deep knowledge of Ariba Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG) and Business Network
  • Experience implementing, configuring, and managing Ariba Buying and related modules
  • Proficiency in handling integrations between Ariba and backend ERP systems via CIG or other middleware
  • Good understanding of workflows, data mappings, customizations, and master/transaction data (catalogs, requisitions, purchase orders, invoices, supplier data)
  • Ability to gather business requirements, design solutions, perform fit-gap analysis, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, especially for integration issues
  • Excellent documentation skills and ability to maintain technical / functional specs
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, ability to work with business, procurement, finance, IT, supplier enablement teams

Responsibilities:

  • Implement and configure Ariba Buying solution and its integrations to ERP systems using CIG
  • Design and manage data flows, mapping, transformations, and transactions between Ariba and backend system
  • Configure Business Network: supplier onboarding, supplier catalogs, transactional flows, trading relationships
  • Customise workflows and rules in Buying and Business Network as per business requirements
  • Lead/participate in requirement gathering workshops to understand procurement and buying process needs
