Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sourcing and Procurement Specialist to drive transformation and automation projects in procurement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Procurement Management: Review material requirements, receive bid responses, analyze and share bid responses.
  • Purchase Order Management: Experience in reviewing and releasing purchase orders, reconciling purchase orders, resolving supplier queries, and expediting critical purchase orders.
  • Master Data Maintenance: Maintain master data and updates, identify potential risks, and work out mitigation plans.
  • Process Governance: Establish and monitor issue management, change management, and quality management processes.
  • Collaboration: Organize timely meetings between teams, suppliers, and customers for issue resolution.
  • Reporting: Prepare project status reports and submit them to senior management and customers for reviews.
  • Governance Calls: Drive governance calls with stakeholders.
  • ERP Systems: Have hands-on experience with ERP systems, preferably JDE/SAP and Ariba or related buying tool experience.
  • Shift Timings: Be willing to work in US/EMEA/APAC shift timings.

Requirements:

  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to confidently present complex information to senior management and clients.
  • Project Management Skills: Strong project management skills, strong analytical skills, and root cause analysis.
  • IT Tools Experience: Significant exposure as a user of one or more IT tools for supply chain planning.
  • Supply Chain Knowledge: Good understanding of supply chain for Oil & Gas or Energy Services industry.
  • Data Analytics: Creation of Power BI dashboards, understanding of spend analytics, catalogue management, and contract management.
