SAP Ariba Sourcing Expert

We are seeking a seasoned expert in SAP Ariba Sourcing to drive digital transformation and streamline procurement processes. Our ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Ariba solutions, including Sourcing, Contracts, and Supplier Management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and configure SAP Ariba Sourcing solutions to meet business requirements, ensuring seamless integration with SAP ERP/S4 HANA and other systems.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions, fostering effective communication and stakeholder management.
  • Support end-to-end sourcing processes, including RFx, auctions, contract management, and supplier collaboration, leveraging expertise in sourcing workflows, templates, and approvals.
  • Conduct system testing, training, and user support, ensuring that all users are proficient in using the Ariba solution.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Ariba Sourcing functionality, providing timely and effective support to stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on SAP Ariba product enhancements and recommend best practices, ensuring that our organization remains at the forefront of digital transformation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of SAP experience, with 3+ years in SAP Ariba Sourcing.
  • Hands-on experience with Ariba modules (Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier Management).
  • Strong knowledge of procurement and sourcing processes, including upstream solutions (Sourcing, Contract Management, SIPM).
  • Familiarity with SAP ECC/S4 HANA integration, as well as excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ariba certification is highly desirable.

Good to Have:

  • Experience in global template rollouts and multi-country implementations, showcasing ability to work across different cultures and regions.
  • Knowledge of supplier enablement and compliance processes, ensuring seamless interactions with suppliers.
