Job Description

As a seasoned financial expert, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of our company's financial functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Management: Verify and enter all PC, supplier bills, and other TDS-related bills with proper supporting documents to ensure timely statutory deductions.
  • TDS Reconciliation: Prepare a monthly statement of TDS with reconciliation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • PC/Labour Liability: Prepare a PC/labour liability statement and submit it to the finance head for approval of labour and PC payment.
  • Supplier Liability: Prepare a supplier liability statement within the specified period as per guidelines.
  • Bank Reconciliation: Prepare bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Fixed Assets Register: Update the fixed assets register along with details on a monthly basis within the specified date.
  • Statutory Dues: Be responsible for preparing statements of statutory dues (TDS, PF, Service Tax, ESI, etc.) and remittances to RO/HO.
  • GST Compliance: Ensure GST compliances, check and reconcile GSTR 2B & 3B & GSTR 1.
  • Budget Implementation: Ensure the implementation of budgets and report variances to management on a monthly basis.
  • Profitability Statements: Prepare timely monthly profitability statements, cash flow, various reconciliation statements, and cost control reports.
  • BGs, LCs, Guarantees: Timely monitor and prepare BGs, LCs, corporate guarantees, and bonds with clients and banks.
  • SAP Experience: Work experience is required in SAP environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Proficiency in financial management software and tools, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team environment, proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite, knowledge of accounting standards and regulations, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
