Healthcare Product Development Expert

As a seasoned healthcare product development expert, you will play a crucial role in defining and delivering cutting-edge products that address critical market needs and provide exceptional value to our clients.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop Strategic Product Vision: Collaborate with product leadership to align with overall business objectives and market trends.
  • Conduct Market Research: Understand customer pain points, regulatory requirements, and market needs within the healthcare domain.
  • Own and Prioritize Product Backlog: Ensure it reflects the highest value features and epics. Write clear, concise, and detailed user stories with acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Facilitate effective communication and manage expectations among clinicians, operations, sales, legal, compliance, and UX/UI designers.
  • Participate in Agile Ceremonies: Provide guidance and clarification throughout the sprint cycle.
  • Ensure User-Centric Design: Work closely with UX/UI designers to ensure user-centric design meets the needs of healthcare professionals and patients.
  • Maintain Regulatory Compliance: Ensure product features are compliant with relevant healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR, FDA, ONC).
Qualifications:
  • 4-6 Years of Experience: As a Product Owner or similar role, with significant experience directly within the healthcare industry.
  • Demonstrated Understanding: Of healthcare workflows, clinical processes, regulatory landscapes, and common healthcare IT systems.
  • Agile Development Environment: Proven experience in an Agile/Scrum development environment. Scrum Product Owner certification is a plus.
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Exceptional ability to translate complex business and technical requirements into clear, actionable user stories.
