About the Job
We are looking for a technical post-sales manager to lead our operations, ensuring smooth customer onboarding, training, and long-term satisfaction. This role requires strong technical expertise, team leadership, and client management skills.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the post-sales technical team, assigning and monitoring activities.
- Oversee software installation, configuration, and successful customer onboarding.
- Plan and execute training schedules for customers and internal teams.
- Monitor training delivery, collect feedback, and ensure documented customer confirmation.
- Collaborate with the sales team to support training targets, implementation, and pending payments.
- Work closely with clients to address technical queries and ensure smooth adoption of solutions.
- Ensure timely submission of reports and maintain documentation of post-sales activities.
- Support subscription renewals through effective customer engagement and post-sales actions.
- Build long-term customer relationships by driving satisfaction and continuous improvement.
Necessary Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Production/Tool Engineering or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in post-sales support, technical management, or application engineering in CAD/CAM, CNC machining, or related industry.
- Strong knowledge of CNC machining processes, CAM software, and manufacturing workflows.
- Proven team management, planning, and client-handling experience.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Willingness to travel for client visits and onsite training as required.
