Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Project Leader to manage end-to-end project execution for custom learning solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Create and oversee detailed project plans aligned with client objectives
  2. Lead the full project lifecycle from initiation through delivery
  3. Ensure high-quality output while meeting cost and schedule commitments
  4. Coordinate cross-functional teams including subject matter experts, instructional designers, and media specialists
  5. Built strong relationships with clients and serve as a trusted advisor throughout project delivery
  6. Drive innovation across cost, quality, and productivity levers
  7. Proactively manage project risks, resource planning, and conflict resolution
  8. Provide clear, structured feedback to team members and stakeholders
  9. Manage project reporting, including billing and MIS documentation
  10. Engage and oversee third-party vendors and contractors to ensure timely, quality results

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • 10+ years of experience in the eLearning industry, delivering high-impact learning solutions
  • 5+ years of hands-on project management experience in the learning and development space
  • Proven track record leading project teams of 15+ across the full delivery lifecycle
  • Strong stakeholder management and client communication skills
  • Exceptional leadership, decision-making, and team coordination abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in Instructional Design is a strong advantage
  • PMI or equivalent Project Management Certification highly desirable
