
Help Desk Professional

We are seeking a skilled professional to provide timely technical support and ensure prompt resolution of incidents.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver first-level technical support via phone, email, and in-person communication channels.
- Evaluate and qualify the request to determine the necessary course of action.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues efficiently using problem-solving skills.
- Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and peripherals.
- Process and execute demands/resolve incidents following established procedures and service level agreements.
- Record, track, and document incidents/service requests using a ticketing system.
- Communicate effectively with users to understand their technical issues and provide clear instructions and solutions.
- Follow up with users to ensure issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Technical Skills:- Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.
- Familiarity with Windows and/or Mac operating systems.
- Knowledge of common office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer-oriented with a friendly and patient demeanor.
- Certifications: ITIL Foundation or other relevant certifications are highly valued.
