Project Management Specialist

The role of a Project Manager is pivotal in ensuring the successful execution of projects from inception to final delivery. Effective multitasking and seamless coordination are crucial in managing multiple projects concurrently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assume full ownership of projects, starting from the initial pitching stage and navigating through each phase until project delivery.
  • Succinctly manage and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating efficient project management skills.
  • Showcase proficiency in comprehensive project planning and management, implementing strategies that align with project goals and objectives.
  • Utilize expertise in site handling, overseeing work execution, and managing the site and vendors to ensure optimal project outcomes.
  • Establish and maintain a strong network of vendors, particularly focusing on local regions, to support project requirements.
  • Demonstrate instinctive leadership qualities to effectively manage the team, fostering collaboration and achieving project milestones.
  • Exhibit strong communication skills to interact seamlessly with clients and stakeholders, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all interactions.

Job Requirements:

  • Project Management Expertise:
  • Relevant experience in managing corporate/workplace interior fit-out projects.
  • Educational Background: Graduation Degree in Engineering or Architecture.
  • Masters Degree in Construction Management/Project Management would be preferred.
  • Trades and Subcontractor Knowledge:
  • Demonstrate knowledge of individual trades and subcontractors relevant to interior fit-outs.
  • Technological Proficiency:
  • Successful track record of adopting digital and technology initiatives.
  • Adaptability in a Fast-Paced Environment:
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Pressure Handling and Independence:
  • Capability to operate independently with minimal supervision.

As this role involves intercity travel and deployment on project basis, adaptability and flexibility are key. Please note that this job requires you to handle pressure while working independently and ensuring quality and customer satisfaction.
