Project Coordinator Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of a high-level consulting project for local social sector organizations.

As Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing project management and logistical support to the selected team of corporate volunteers who will provide pro bono consulting services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and select potential host client organizations and develop Scope of Works reflecting their specific areas of intervention.
  • Support host client organizations in preparing for the arrival of corporate volunteers and arranging stakeholder meetings.
  • Participate in conference calls with corporate volunteers in advance of their arrival.
  • Provide advice and guidance to corporate volunteers on SOW delivery.
  • Act as the interface between Pyxera Global and partner organizations in Bengaluru.
  • Prepare financial and final program reports.

Logistics Support:

  • Assist in procuring accommodations and transportation for corporate volunteers.
  • Coordinate program launch and closing events.
  • Prepare Bengaluru-related guides and suggestions.
  • Orient new corporate volunteers upon arrival.
  • Manage project travel logistics.
  • Act as a logistical resource for corporate volunteers.
  • Monitor and advise on security arrangements.

Requirements:

  1. Must be based in Bengaluru with familiarity of the area.
  2. College degree in a relevant field such as project management or organizational development.
  3. Minimum 5-10 years of experience.
  4. Excellent writing and communications skills.
  5. Ability to conduct Gap and SWOT analysis and develop Scopes of Work.
  6. Experience working with cross-cultural teams and/or skills-based volunteering programs.
  7. Ability to multi-task and manage diverse tasks.
  8. Flexible and able to work in a team environment.
  9. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  10. Fluent in English with Kannada fluency a plus.
  11. Exceptional customer service communication and problem-solving skills.
  12. Experience in virtual and in-person presentation skills.
