About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled Learning & Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for fostering the development and growth of our employees, with a special focus on our India team. Your passion for people development and commitment to creating a culture of continuous learning and agility within the organization will be instrumental in driving success.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Consult on regional and global training needs to ensure alignment with organizational goals and values.
  2. Conduct ongoing skill and gap analysis in partnership with subject matter experts and leadership to identify areas for improvement.
  3. Manage the training and development needs of the region, providing innovative solutions to meet the evolving needs of our employees.
  4. Facilitate instructor-led training and design digital learning content to engage and educate our workforce.
  5. Curate content and programs that can be consumed globally and by a hybrid employee population, promoting inclusivity and diversity.
  6. Support and drive Cornerstone's talent management practices – Development Conversations, Cultural Initiatives, Onboarding – to create a seamless employee experience.
  7. Prioritize consideration for privacy and security obligations when designing and implementing learning initiatives.

What We're Looking For:

  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, or Coaching/Mentoring.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and presentation skills to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
  • The ability to work collaboratively with virtual and global team members, fostering a sense of community and shared purpose.
  • Adaptability and a willingness to learn quickly, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Creative problem-solving skills to overcome challenges and develop innovative solutions.
  • Demonstrated commitment to valuing diversity and contributing to an inclusive working and learning environment.
  • Direct experience and strong proficiency in creating written and digital learning materials, such as online courses, workshops, and coaching programs.
  • Proficiency in using the MS Office Suite, including Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Cornerstone's solutions and SaaS environments.

Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year
