We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in scouting, identifying, and onboarding influencers, talents, and content creators. The ideal candidate will have strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.

  • Scout, identify, and onboard influencers, talents, and content creators, maintaining and updating our talent database.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to close associations with celebrities and Category A talents.
  • Maintain trackers to monitor ongoing, completed, and upcoming projects for each talent.
  • Manage end-to-end collaboration and partnerships with talents, ensuring smooth execution.
  • Coordinate with the accounts team to ensure timely release of talent payments.
  • Support client servicing while confidently pushing back when required to balance expectations.

The requirements for this role include:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of prior experience in talent management, influencer marketing, or celebrity associations.
