Talent Acquisition Director Position

The successful candidate will lead the recruitment strategy for our organization, a respected philanthropic entity working across India to drive sustainable change.

Our goal is to attract top talent while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and workforce planning. The ideal candidate will champion excellence and engagement through strong talent practices.

  • Design innovative recruiting strategies to attract talent across functions;
  • Align recruitment practices with business goals and talent acquisition plans;
  • Develop a culture of excellence and employee engagement through effective talent management;
  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, for all roles and positions;
  • Coordinate multiple searches simultaneously, ensuring timely closure of critical positions;
  • Improve recruitment processes to reduce time-to-hire and enhance quality of hire;
  • Leverage technology and tools to optimize recruitment efficiency;
  • Collaborate with HR, department heads, and leadership to understand hiring needs and drive recruitment processes;
  • Establish relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, including recruiters and job boards;
  • Track and analyze key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire;
  • Use data insights to refine recruitment strategies;
  • Develop strategies to attract a diverse workforce and promote inclusive hiring practices;

Key Qualifications:

  • Postgraduate degree in Human Resources or equivalent;
  • At least 10-12 years of experience in corporate recruitment/talent acquisition;
  • Prior experience in the social sector will be advantageous;
