Senior Financial Accountant

We are seeking an accomplished Financial Accounting Expert to spearhead the delivery of large and complex technology projects. As a Technology Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for managing project scope and risk while ensuring timely and effective execution.
Key Responsibilities:- Create Functional Proofs of Concepts in S4 HANA Finance by analyzing functional requirements and developing E2E business process flow documentation.
- Develop Business Process Documentation based on discussion with stakeholders and requirement analysis, resulting in actionable insights and improved processes.
- Lead Cross-Functional Teams to deliver SAP S4 HANA Finance projects efficiently and effectively, leveraging your expertise in financial accounting principles and practices.
- Communicate Effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and other departments to ensure seamless collaboration and coordination.
- Minimum 4 Years of Experience in E2E implementation projects with S/4HANA Accounting and good finance functional expertise.
- Hands-On Experience in E2E finance business processes, including preparation of scope documents, business process analysis, requirement analysis, gap identification, business blueprinting, process mapping, configuration, functional and technical specifications documentation, testing, training presentation creation, and user manual development.
- Process Optimization and Automation skills to identify and implement improvements.
- SAP S/4 HANA Certification is highly desirable.
- Strong Analytical Skills to analyze complex data sets and provide actionable insights.
- Project Management Methodologies knowledge to lead teams and manage project scope and risk.
- Risk Management Strategies expertise to mitigate risks in technology projects.
