**Job Title:** Enterprise Solution Architect

People First Consultants is seeking a talented Enterprise Solution Architect to join our growing Global Large Deals Architecture organization. The ideal candidate will have a balanced mix of technical and business skills, with a strong track record of running and winning large deals.

  • Drive solutioning for complex large deals involving multiple service lines and technical disciplines.
  • Work closely with clients, intermediaries, and internal Cognizant technical domain authorities to build high-impact solutions.
  • Define solution vision and direction, building on commonalities and benefits across lines of business and technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Good track record of winning large deals.
  • Anchoring solution and strategy discussions with CxOs and Business Leaders.
  • Leading a multifunctional team of solution architects across their respective domains.

Required Skills

  • B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in technical delivery, sales, and business development.
  • Good knowledge of technology areas like Cloud, IoT, Platforms, Analytics, AI/ML, and Gen AI.
  • Tier I professional services background.

Experience

  • 18 years' experience in a IT Service Delivery/Consulting and Enterprise Solutions Architect role.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in at least two of the following: Digital Transformation, M&A/Large outsourcing, Applications Development & Modernization, Cloud Transformation, Applications/Infrastructure Architecture, Data Architecture, Systems Integration.

Industry Experience

  • Experience working with clients in at least one of the following business domains: Communications (Telcos, CSPs, DSPs, Cable), Media and Education, Hi-Tech/Platform/SaaS.

Desired Skills

  • Proven experience planning, designing, and implementing large-scale business IT solutions.
  • Ability to present complex delivery and technical concepts to clients during whiteboarding and oral sessions.
  • Technology domain expertise and understanding of various functions and regulations governing industry in complex engagements.
