Job Opportunity: DFT Specialist

With a focus on advanced digital circuit design, we are seeking an experienced professional to lead the development of comprehensive testing methodologies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective integration of test strategies into ASIC designs.
  • Designing and implementing high-quality ATPG test patterns for stuck-at (SAF) and transition fault (TDF) models.
  • Developing manufacturing test programs for ATE systems.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in DFT engineering and silicon validation.
  • Proven expertise in scripting languages such as Perl or shell.
  • Detailed knowledge of memory verification, repair, and failure root-cause analysis.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
  • Minimum 4-12 years' experience in ASIC/DFT simulation and silicon validation.
