Job Opportunity: DFT Architectural Specialist

   Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement robust digital signal processing architectures with a focus on built-in self-test (BIST) capabilities for advanced system-on-chips (SoCs).
  • Integrate BIST IPs, generate test insertion and verification infrastructure, ensuring seamless integration across design phases.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including RTL, Physical Design, and Verification throughout the design cycle to ensure successful silicon bring-up and yield enhancement activities.
  • Implement high-quality test coverage strategies in scan and BIST environments.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Electronics or a related field.
  • A minimum of 7+ years of hands-on experience in DFT with a strong emphasis on ATPG, scan, and BIST.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Synopsys DFT Compiler, Tessent (Mentor), or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of digital design concepts, including scan insertion, automatic test pattern generation (ATPG), boundary scan, and JTAG.
  • Experience with memory test algorithms, repair analysis, and pattern generation.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently in a collaborative environment.
