Design for Test (DFT) Engineer

This role involves driving DFT architecture definition and implementation for complex System on Chips (SoCs).

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with industry-standard DFT tools and methodologies, as well as strong expertise in DFT architectures and methodologies.

A solid understanding of the SoC design cycle, RTL to GDSII flow, and test requirements is essential for success in this position.

Key responsibilities include planning, executing, and delivering scan, ATPG, MBIST, and boundary scan insertion and validation.

Familiarity with low-power DFT techniques, post-silicon bring-up, and safety-critical standards is highly desirable.

This is a key role within our organization that requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless DFT integration.

Required Skills:
  • Knowledge of low-power DFT techniques, including power-aware ATPG and retention flops.
  • Experience with post-silicon bring-up and ATE patterns.
  • Familiarity with safety-critical standards, such as ISO 26262 and DO-254.
  • Exposure to High-Speed IO testing, including SERDES and DDR.
