Key Senior Performance Position

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled performance analyst to play a critical role in optimizing digital performance across global markets.

  • Lead end-to-end analysis of paid media channels, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and programmatic platforms.
  • Develop advanced dashboards and reporting frameworks for leadership visibility.
  • Translate complex data into strategic recommendations that drive measurable business growth.
  • Partner with Paid Media Managers, Growth Marketing, and Data Science teams to shape acquisition strategies.
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses on attribution models, conversion paths, and media mix optimization.
  • Mentor junior analysts and contribute to building a data-driven culture.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of proven experience in performance marketing or digital growth roles.
  • Strong command of digital ad platforms and emerging channels.
  • Proficiency in analytics & BI tools, such as Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, and SQL.
  • Solid understanding of attribution modeling, incrementality testing, and ROI forecasting.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to connect performance data to strategic outcomes.
  • Strong communication skills to present findings and influence stakeholders.

A key feature of this role is its focus on developing and owning advanced dashboards and reporting frameworks. This will enable leadership to have real-time visibility into performance metrics and drive informed decision-making.
