Administrative Support Specialist

At Naukripay, we are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to provide high-level support to our senior management team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and time-management skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, and problem-solving skills. Key responsibilities include calendar management, travel planning, administrative tasks, communication, and gatekeeping. The successful candidate will also have the ability to take on project management responsibilities and lead professional development initiatives within the administrative team. The basic education requirement for this role is a bachelor's degree.
Key Responsibilities
Calendar management: Scheduling meetings, appointments, and events, and ensuring there are no conflicts
Travel management: Planning and booking travel arrangements, including itineraries and agendas
Administrative tasks: Completing expense reports, composing correspondence, and organizing reports and documents
Communication: Answering phone calls, taking detailed messages, and screening visitors
Gatekeeping: Acting as a gatekeeper for the executive
Project management: Taking on an increasingly integral role in project management
Professional development: Leading professional development initiatives within the administrative team
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and time-management skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, problem-solving skills, and interpersonal skills. A bachelor's degree is preferred.
