Job Title: Human Resource Business Partner Manager

The ideal candidate will lead HR operations and manage all HR activities effectively at our organization.

  • Resolve employee queries and concerns efficiently, track the resolution within agreed timelines, and ensure strict compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.
  • Implement and enforce company-wide disciplinary policies and codes of conduct.
  • Maintain an attrition rate of 5% or below through effective engagement and retention strategies.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Facilitate engagement action planning, record minutes, action points, and responses, and track progress, ensuring timely communication of closures.
  • E nsure timely sign-offs of KRAs (Key Result Areas) from new employees and during role changes.
  • Coordinate and ensure completion of half-year and annual performance appraisals.
  • Monitor adherence to training plans and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Conduct exit interviews, collect data to analyze employee turnover trends, and propose corrective actions.
  • F ocus on employee retention by identifying key factors influencing attrition.
  • Work on branding and intelligence initiatives to boost employer brand presence.
  • Collaborate with business partners to ensure policies and procedures are followed across teams and departments.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Industrial Relations, Human Resource Management, or a related field, with significant experience in HR roles within a BPO/Call Center environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solid understanding of labor laws.
  • Experience in handling employee relations, engagement, and retention initiatives.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Able to manage and resolve employee concerns effectively and efficiently, tracking and reporting outcomes.
  • Willingness to work onsite and flexible to work in shifting or rotational schedules within 24/7 work hours.
Preferred Skills:
  • Previous experience as an HR Generalist or Specialist in a BPO/Call Center.

Expertise in labor relations, employee engagement, and performance management is required for this position.
