Job Responsibilities
  • Assume primary responsibility for ensuring the optimal performance and availability of SAP systems.
  • Proactively monitor and tune SAP environments to prevent downtime and ensure business continuity.
  • Provide comprehensive technical support for SAP systems, including ABAP and JAVA platforms, with expertise in BOBJ, BODS, Cloud Connector, Content Server, and OpenText highly valued.
  • Manage SSL and SSO configurations, including certificate exchange, renewal, and trust establishment between systems.
  • Oversee SAP Basis administration tasks such as transport and printer administration, job scheduling, and system operations planning.
  • Maintain multiple SAP instances (development, test, training, and production), ensuring environment stability and integrity.
  • Implement structured methodologies to introduce technical changes while minimizing risks and ensuring system reliability, availability, and performance.
  • Configure and manage SAP printing subsystems across all instances.
  • Develop and execute SAP performance tuning strategies to maintain system efficiency.
  • Monitor system health, including work processes, logs, short dumps, locks, traces, and disk space usage.
  • Support SAP application upgrades, patches, and client copy activities.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience with SAP Basis administration in both ABAP and JAVA systems.
  • Knowledge of SAP web dispatcher configuration.
  • Proficiency in SSL/SSO setup and certificate management.
  • Experience with SAP performance monitoring, tuning, and upgrades.
