Job Profile

We are seeking a skilled Associate to build strong relationships with existing clients, identify new business opportunities, and provide tailored financial solutions.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop long-lasting relationships with existing clients to understand their financial needs and offer appropriate products and services.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue potential customers through networking, referrals, cold calling, and sales presentations to expand the client base.
  • Product Expertise: Stay up-to-date with our liability products, articulating their benefits and features to clients.
  • Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough financial needs analysis for clients to recommend suitable products and services.
  • Cross-selling and Upselling: Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell other banking products or services based on client needs.
  • Performance Targets: Work towards achieving individual and team performance targets set by management.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with internal and external regulatory guidelines while handling customer information.

Requirements:
  • Education: Any Graduate (UG) or Postgraduate (PG).
