About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Manager to lead our IT operations team at Innovaccer. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining, upgrading, and managing our software, hardware, and networks. You will work closely with our IT engineers to ensure that all IT-related services are up and running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinating with IT engineers for day-to-day IT operations and ensuring that all offered services to clients are up and functioning uninterruptedly.
  • Monitoring the IT engineer's productivity and tracking quality of service delivery.
  • Providing guidelines and IT processes to IT engineers and addressing issues based on defined processes and assisting in understanding the process and resolving complex issues.
  • Tracking and monitoring of all IT asset inventory at each centre with defined security measures.
  • Ensuring preventive maintenance for all centres is conducted at a regular interval of time.
  • Tracking and monitoring helpdesk tickets of engineers to improve productivity and close cases as per defined processes and SLA.
  • Keeping track of custom requests and ensuring respective services are delivered and billed as per the agreement.
  • Coordinating with other departments for any IT requests or customizations with proper business needs and defined IT processes/policies.
  • Making sure critical servers and services are up and functioning uninterrupted.
  • Deploying domain policies and security patches on all user profiles/machines at a regular interval of time.
  • Making sure all corporate applications are functioning and getting renewal at a regular interval of time.
  • Performing preventive maintenance for all servers. Ensuring all critical servers have a regular check.
  • Managing the IT Help desk, ensuring timely and effective resolution of user issues and inquiries.
  • Enforcing IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
  • Providing regular reports on IT activities, performance metrics, and key initiatives.
  • Collaborating effectively with other departments to ensure seamless integration of technology into business processes.
  • Implementing and maintaining robust IT security protocols set by the Infosec team to safeguard the organisation's data and assets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, CompTIA Network+, Citrix, CCNA, Microsoft Global Certifications) are a plus.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in a senior role in IT, with experience in managing IT Operations, Security, and Help desk.
  • Strong technical knowledge of IT systems, networks, and applications.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices.
