As a seasoned Director of Technology Architecture, you will spearhead the technical vision and platform execution of our cutting-edge AI for healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of the architecture and development of our AI platform
  • Designing scalable, reliable backend infrastructure that powers automation workflows
  • Leading and mentoring a high-performing engineering team
  • Collaborating closely with product, operations, and implementation teams to deliver into real-world hospital environments

You will be responsible for defining the technology culture, processes, and architecture from scratch, working with a small, high-ownership team focused on execution and impact. This is a hands-on leadership role with strong equity and a clear compensation package.

Requirements:
  • 7–10 years of experience in backend, platform, or systems engineering
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master's preferred or equivalent real-world experience)
  • Deep experience with Python or comparable backend languages in production environments
  • Proven track record designing and scaling complex systems and APIs
