Job Opportunity: Search Specialist

We are seeking a skilled SearchEngineer to fill this challenging role. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with search engines and .NET development.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement efficient indexing pipelines using Apache Solr and/or OpenSearch.
  • Develop asynchronous patterns and dependency-injection frameworks in C#.
  • Deploy workloads on AWS using ECS/EKS, Lambda, S3, IAM, CloudFormation, or CDK.
  • Apply solid understanding of search relevance concepts, including tokenization, stemming, analyzers, boosting, query-time vs index-time strategies.
  • Utilize CI/CD and automated testing expertise for unit, integration, and performance testing.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years hands-on experience with Apache Solr and/or OpenSearch.
  • 3+ years professional .NET (C#) development experience.
  • Proven track record deploying workloads on AWS.
  • Solid understanding of search relevance concepts.
  • Ci/CD and automated testing expertise.
